tDAP/Immunización and Lunch/Almuerzo Forms/Formas Due Now/Ahora
Your tDAP (wooping cough) and Lunch forms are due. These are very important forms, for keeping our school running, open, and in agreement with the law. You can pick up lunch forms at school, and the immunization forms are fine to turn in and can be found at your hospital or clinic.
Por favor, entregen las formas de tDAP y las formas del almuerzo. Son muy importantes y necesarios para mantener nuestra escuela abierta y en acuerdo con la ley. Tenemos formas del almuerzo en la oficina, y las formas de las immunización amarillas están con el hospital o clínica.
